摘  要:为了了解超声作用与羟自由基产量的关系,利用茜素紫能被羟自由基及过氧化氢(H2O2)所氧化而改变颜色的性质,用紫外 可见分光光度计测定超声作用后茜素紫溶液在515nm波长处吸光度的变化,从而间接地检测羟自由基的产量。研究结果表明,羟自由基的产量随单位体积超声输出功率增加而增加。在输出体积功率约为12W/cm3时羟自由基的产量基本达到饱和,同时,在该输出功率下超声波作用产生的羟自由基与超声作用时间呈良好的线性关系。In order to grasp the relationships between the cavitations and the amount of radicals produced with the effects of ultrasonic cavitations, a method of detecting hydroxy radicals by chromogenic reaction of oxidation of alizarin violet was introduced in this paper. The amount of hydroxy produced by ultrasonic cavitations can be calculated indirectly by the value of absorbency of alizarin violet solutions in UV absorption spectrum. The results indicate that with the increase of the ultrasonic output power, the amount of hydroxy increases accordingly. When the ultrasonic output power reaches the value of 12 W/cm^3, the produces of hydroxy are almost saturated and there is a linear relationship existing between the time of ultrasonic treatment and the produces.
