摘　　要：对能源动力公司一炼钢转炉煤气鼓风机的油封结构进行了分析 ,找出了存在的问题 ,并将原螺纹密封改造为 32 3I型磁力油封 ,从而彻底解决了漏油问题 ,既降低了费用消耗 ,延长了轴承寿命 ,又消除了环境污染和安全隐患。The Structure of oil seals of the converter gas blower of the Energy Power Company in the No.1 Steelmaking Plant is analyzed and the existing problems found out,and the original threaded oil seals replaced with 323 I type magnetic oil seals,therefore the oil leaking problems are thoroughly solved.As the results not only the production cost is reduced and the service life of the bearing prolonged,but also the environmental contamination and the hidden trouble of safety eliminated.
