摘　　要：目的　为了调查单纯疱疹病毒Ⅱ型在男性和女性患者中的感染情况。方法　用荧光定量PCR技术对 5 9例男性和 4 0例女性生殖器溃疡和疱疹患者进行HSVⅡDNA检测。结果　男性平均年龄 35 .0 7± 10 .77,女性 2 9.35± 5 .91,t=2 .5 5 ,p =0 .0 14 ;男性HSVⅡDNA阳性率为 2 7.12 % ,定量拷贝对数为 7.72 5± 1.4 74 ,女性HSVⅡDNA阳性率为 17.5 % ,定量拷贝对数为 6 .92 7± 1.84 2 ( χ2 =1.2 37,P =0 .2 6 6 ;t=1.10 1,P =0 .2 80 )。结论　男性年龄高于女性年龄 ,男性和女性间感染阳性率无差异 ,急性感染的发生率也基本一致。Objective: To investigate the infection of herpes simplex virus Ⅱin genital in male and female patients.Methods: Fluorescence quantitative PCR (FQ-PCR) was used to detect quantitatively herpes simplex virus Ⅱ DNA in 59 cases of male and 40 cases of female of genital ulcer disease(GUD) and simplex.Results: The mean age of male was 35.07±10.77 and the female was 29.35±5.91,t=2.55,P=0.014;The positive rate of HSV-Ⅱ DNA in male was 27.12%. The logarithm of HSV-Ⅱ DNA copies was 7.725±1.474;The positive rate of HSV-Ⅱ DNA in female was 17.5%.The logarithm of HSV-Ⅱ DNA copies was 6.927±1.842. (χ 2=1.237,P=0.266;t=1.101,P=0.280). Conclusion: The age of male was higher than the female. The positive rate of male and female had no significant difference in statistics.The rate of acute infection was same.
