摘 要:目的 对早产儿进行早期干预 ,使其大脑功能得到代偿 ,从而智能赶上正常水平。方法 采用新生儿期感觉刺激、新生儿行为神经测定。结果 早期干预组与对照 (常规育儿组 )智能测评差异有显著性 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 早期干预能促进早产儿脑结构和功能代偿 ,对其智能发育有良好的促进作用。Objective: To study the the effect of early intervention on premature infants. Methods: 60 cases of premature in infants(gestational age< 37weeks)were collected to be randomly assigned to early interventional group(30 cases) and conventional care group(30 cases).Perinatal conditions were of no significant background, environmental conditions and physical developments were of no significant difference between the two groups. Results: After the corrected gestational age of 40 weeks, We take the Neonatal Behavioral Neurological Assessment (NBNA) on the two groups, respectively. At the corrected age of 28 days, the average mark of NBNA in early interventional group higher than that in conventional care group(P<0.05). Conclusion: The results showed that the early intervention could promote intellectual development of premature infants and be of benefit to the prevention of mental retardation.
