摘 要:为实现H形鳍片管束的性能与结构的优化设计,在对H形鳍片管束的传热机理进行分析的基础上,对优化结构的H形鳍片管束的传热与阻力特性进行了模化实验研究,并将实验结果与有关方法的计算结果进行了比较,为H形鳍片管束的设计提供了可靠的依据.The H-type finned tube banks are lately used in heat recovery steam generators (HRSG) and also in large capacity utility boilers because of a series of advantages.However,because there exist limitations of the present achievements as regards the characteristics of heat transfer and flow resistance for H-type finned tube banks due to various reasons,they can′t meet the demands of the practical applications.Based on the analysis of the heat transfer mechanism for H-type finned tube banks,the heat transfer and flow resistance characteristics of optimized H-type finned tube banks are studied by means of modeling experiments.The comparison between the experimental results and the calculating results by corresponding methods is carried out.The research provides a reliable basis for design of H-type finned tube banks.
