摘　　要：目的　研究肾移植术后患者血清脂蛋白 (LP(a) )的变化情况。方法　对本院近三年肾移植患者术后 6～ 12月内LP(a)的水平观察。结果　肾移植患者术后LP(a)的水平明显高于健康对照组。Objective To study the change of lipoprotein(a)in patients of kidney transplantation.Methods Observation was given to LP(a)level within 6 to 12 months after kidney transplantation performed in the past three years.Results LP(a)level of patients after kidney transplantation was significantly higher than that of the control group.Conclusion Patients of kidney transplantation are prone to syndromes of cardiovascular system.
