摘　　要：文章结合现有信息技术的发展和发电企业的SIS应用需求,提出规范实时/历史数据库数据访问的建议,推荐实时/历史数据库能够以OPC方式提供一致的、标准的数据访问机制,以利于提高开放性和互操作性,简化电力企业的数据与应用集成。Combining with the development of existing information technology and the SIS applieation requirements of power generation enterprises,the paper puts forward the suggestions on standardizing data access of real - time/historical data base,and recommends that the real-time/his torical data base can provide uniform,standard data access mechanism by using OPC mode,so as to help raise openness and mutual operativity,simplify the data of power enterprise and its application integration.
