摘　　要：非正规就业群体已成为我国工人阶级的重要组成部分,正确认识他们在社会主义建设中的作用和地位,并切实抓好其工会组织建设,对于维护好广大职工的权益,调动工作积极性,促进他们为社会做出更大贡献,具有重要意义。The non-regular employees have become an important part in our country′s working class. We should realize their roles in the socialist construction and make their construction of trade union a sure success, which is significant to the protection of most of the workers′ rights, arousing their enthusiasm and encouraging them to make greater contribution to our society.
