摘 要:以Ce0.25Zr0.50Mn0.25O2(OSM)和YSZ Al2O3(Y2O3,ZrO2稳定的γ Al2O3)为载体,制备了Co/OSM和Co/YSZ Al2O3整体式催化剂,以及不同Co/OSM∶Co/YSZ Al2O3比例的Co/OSM+Co/YSZ Al2O3整体式催化剂.研究了上述催化剂的甲烷催化燃烧性能,并利用XRD和H2 TPR对催化剂进行了表征.XRD结果表明,在OSM和YSZ Al2O3上Co均以高分散形式存在.H2 TPR结果表明,Co/OSM+Co/YSZ Al2O3样品的可还原性随着Co/OSM含量的增加而提高,表现出可调节的还原性能.Co/OSM的甲烷燃烧催化活性高于Co/YSZ Al2O3,Co/OSM+Co/YSZ Al2O3表现出协同作用和高活性.Ce0.25Zr0.50Mn0.25O2(OSM) and YSZ-Al2O3 (Y2O3, ZrO2 stabilized alumina) supporting cobalt monolith catalysts was prepared. And a series of Co/OSM + Co/YSZ-Al2O3 monolith catalysts with different Co/OSM content was also prepared. These monolith catalysts were characterized by XRD and H2-TPR, and were evaluated in methane combustion. XRD reveals that cobalt is highly dispersed on OSM and YSZ-Al2O3. H2-TPR reveals that the higher the content of Co/OSM is, the higher the reductive of Co/OSM + Co/YSZ- Al2O3 is. The methane combustion activity of the catalyst firstly increases, when passing through a maximum it decreases with the increase of the Co/OSM:Co/YSZ-Al2O3 ratio from 0 to 1.0. The maximum activity was observed for the Co/OSM:Co/YSZ-Al2O3 ratio of about 1:1. The methane combustion activity revealed the extensive interaction between Co/OSM and Co/YSZ-Al2O3 in the catalysts and higher activity.
