摘　　要：本文分析对比了我国国有及非国有规模以上矿山企业的主要经济指标 ,依据胶东大型金矿矿山实际资料的初步分析 ,明确提出“矿山人均保有储量”是制约矿山合理开发和矿业可持续发展的重要指标 ;矿山人均储量的合理配置和适度调控问题 ,不仅值得进一步的探讨和研究 ,而且应该引起有关部门的广泛注意和高度重视。此外还指出在科学发展观的指导下 ,如何根据矿山的发展阶段确定符合实际的从业人员数量 。This paper analyzes and contrasts the main economic indexes of the state owned and the non state owned mines enterprises that are up to some required scale in China Based on the analysis of the actual data of large scale gold mines in Jiaodong region, Shandong Province, the paper definitely puts forward that the average retainable reserves per employee in mines is an important index to condition the advisable exploitation of mines and the sustainable development of mining industry, which is not only worth discussing and investigating,but also should be paid more attention by departments related to minerals exploration and mining industries With the viewpoints of the scientific development, the author points out it is an important problem for mine enterprises' scientific quantitative management at the new period how to decide into the actual required quantity of employees in a mine according to the mine's development stages
