摘 要:促进农民增收是提高农村消费水平的关键。长期以来我国农民收入增长缓慢,消费增长乏力,系农业传统经济格局制约及农民税费负担过重所致。减轻农民负担并大力培育农村市场,加大对农业的投入是促进农业发展与扩大农民消费的有效途径。To increase China's farming income is the key to advancing the consumption in the rural areas. By speeding up the income of Chinese peasants, we can increase the total consumption in China, expand the domestic demand, and promote the economic growth. Aiming at the reasons for the decline in the income of Chinese peasants, we should adopt the measures as follows to ensure the continuous acceleration of the peasants' income and to promote the sustainable growth of Chinese economy: firstly, alleviating the taxes and fees load of Chinese peasants and offering subsidies to peasants' production; secondly, cultivating the rural market; and thirdly, increasing the agricultural input and the infrastructure in the rural area.
