摘　　要：目的 :总结胫骨平台骨折的手术治疗经验。方法 :对 1997年 5月至 2 0 0 2年 12月 75病例作回顾性分析 ,随访时间平均为 7个月。结果 :优 4 3例 ,良 15例 ,优良率 77.33%。结论 :关节面的解剖复位、坚强内固定、塌陷部位植骨。Objective:To summarize the operative experiences for the tibial platau.Methods:Seventy five patients were followed up fractures of the tibial plateau were retrospectively analysed from May 1997 to Dem 2002,with an average of 7 months.Results:Forty three Patients showed a excellent result and 15 did a good result.The total effective rate was 77.3%.Conclusion:Anatomical reduction of articulate facet,rigid internal fixation,allograft implantation for defective fractures,early post surgical exercise(passive movement of the knee joint with CPM device)and lately bearing weight are key factors for satisfactory result.
