杏丁注射液对稳定性心绞痛患者的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的 :探讨杏丁注射液治疗稳定性心绞痛的疗效。方法 :稳定性心绞痛患者 10 0例随机分为两组 ,治疗组 5 0例 ,杏丁注射液 2 0ml加入 5 %葡萄糖 2 5 0ml中静脉滴注 ,1次 /d ,连用 14d ;对照组 5 0例 ,硝酸甘油注射液 5mg加入 5 %葡萄糖 2 5 0ml静脉滴注 ,1次 /d ,连用 14d。结果 :治疗组临床总有效率 82 .0 % ,心电图总有效率 6 0 .0 % ,对照组分别为 6 7.0 %和 32 .0 % ,两组间比较有统计学意义 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;治疗组治疗前后心电图 12导联中ST段下降导联数 (NST)及 12导联中ST段压低数值总和 (ΣST)均有明显改善。结论 :杏丁注射液治疗稳定性心绞痛安全用效。Objective:To evaluate the effect of Xingding injection on coronary heart disease with angina pectoris.Methods:one hundred patients with the diseases were divided into two groups:fifty patients treated with 5% glucose 250 ml containing 20 ml of Xingding injection iv. drip.once a day,for 14 days as treatment group;The other 50 patients belonged to control group treated with 5% glucose 250 ml containing 5 mg of Nitroglycerin injection in iv.drip.once a day for 14 days.Rusults:The total responsive rate in symptoms was 82.0% and that in electrocardiogram(ECG)was 60.0% in the treatment group which were higher than those of the control group,67.0% and 32.0%( P <0.05).The total number of leads in which the ST segment in decreased in the ECG 12 leads(NST)and the total sum of the depression of ST segment(ΣST)of ECG showed a significant improvement.Conclusion:Xingding injection proves a good curative effect and few adverse reactions on coronary heart disease with angina pectoris.
