枸杞水煎剂对醋氨酚所致小鼠肝损伤保护作用的研究

摘　　要：目的　研究枸杞水煎剂对醋氨酚所致小鼠肝损伤的作用。方法　用枸杞水煎剂 1g/kg、 5g/kg及 10 g/kg分别给小鼠连续灌胃 10d ,然后腹腔注射醋氨酚 ,16h后处死 ,测定小鼠血清GPT和肝组织LPO及进行病理组织学检查。结果　枸杞水煎剂可明显抑制损伤小鼠血清GPT和肝组织LPO含量 ,并且减轻小鼠肝损伤程度。Objective To study the effect of lycium Barbarum on hepatic injury induced by acetaminophen.Methods After irrigating mice stomach with lycium barbarum of 1g/kg,5g/kg and 10g/kg for successive 10 days, hepatic injury was induced by acetaminophen after the mice were killed. Then to determine the content of GPT in serum ,the content of LPO in hepatic tissue and to make hepatic sections simultaneously.Results Lycium barbarum can inhibit the elevation of GPT level and LPO content. Obvious improvement of histological changes was also observed.Conclusions The results indicated that lycium barbarum has a hepato-protective effect on hepatic injury induced by acetaminophen.
