摘　　要：会议电视就是通过终端与网络,使身处异地的与会者就同一议题参与讨论,相互之间可以听到发言者声音以及看到发言者的图象及背景等。与会者可获得比电话会议丰富得多的各种信息。Internet和局域网的发展以及PC桌面系统的普及,交互式会议电视传输网的基础正由基于电路交换式的N-ISDN或PSTN向基于交互式的IP网过渡,由专门会议型向个人桌面发展;文章在给出了多媒体会议电视特征与资源预留RSVP传输控制协议基础上,对采用IP网实现多媒体会议电视系统进行了较为详细的分析,并讨论了其可能的应用前景。The meeting TV makes the conferee in the strange land participate in discussing on the same topic through the terminal station and network. conferees can hear spokesman's sound and see the spokesman's vision and background,etc.each other.Therefore the conferee can obtain more information than at the teleconference.Along with the progress of IN and LAN and the popularization of tabletop system,base of alternative conference TV transmission network is transitting from base on circuit alternative NISDN or PSIN to base on alternative IP network,developping from professional conference type to individual tabletop.In this article,the authors not only give the characteristic of multimediaconference TV and the pilot agreement of obligate resource and RSVP transmission elaborated,but also in detail analyze how to use IP network technology to realize multimediaconference TV system.In the conclusion,authors discuss the possible applied future of the system.
