摘　　要：近年来,外国对华反倾销愈演愈烈,我国已成为国际反倾销重大受害国和指控对象,因此,构筑由政府、中介组织、企业三位一体的反倾销体系已势在必行。我国要积极应对外国对华的反倾销,争取主动权。Foreign anti- dumping cases against imports from China have been increasing in recent years. The thesis analyses the present conditions of foreign anti- dumping against imports from China and the effect on the Chinese companies. It reveals the causes of increasing foreign anti- dumping cases against imports from China.The purpose of the study is to explore possible ways of the Chinese companies in fighting for imports and defending their legal rights. In the thesis, suggestions are made to the Chinese government , medium organizations and companies. As long as the three aspects actively fight for the legal rights, China will succeed.
