摘　　要：建立馆藏连续出版物数据库 ,为读者提供计算机检索 ,是网络时代的必然要求 .连续出版物数据库的书目数据要展示其外表特征 ,揭示刊名变化、出版频率变更等现象 ,建库工作复杂、繁琐 .数据的准确性、真实性、完整性和规范化是建设高质量数据库的重要保证 .本文从建库的方法、程序、标准控制、规范控制、建库流程控制等方面作了阐述 ,并对版本、编号、附注。In net era we must construct a collection database of the serial publications so as to completely provide readers a computer retrieval . The bibliographical datum of the serial publications are so characteristic and variable that it is difficult to construct the database . In a particular, a high quality database surely need the accurate?true?complete and standard datum. This article not only has explored the ways ,procedures,standard control,process control and etc., but also analyzed the problems presented in the descriptive items of the editions, serial numbers, annotations and collection information, etc.
