摘　　要：职介机构是生产力发展过程中出现的一种合理配置人才资源的劳动组织形式 ,在现代市场体制下是求职者联系社会、走向职业岗位的桥梁和纽带。正确分析其历史背景、社会现状及市场定位 ,对促进就业 ,维护社会稳定具有重要的现实指导意义。Appearing in the process of productivity development,employment agency is a form of labor lorganization for rationally disposing talent resources.Under the system of modern market,it serves as the bridge and tie for job hunters to contact the society and find a job.It is of great significance for promoting employment and maintaining social stability to properly analyze its historical background,social situation and market positioning.
