摘　　要：县(市)、乡(镇)、村(居委会)三级基层女性干部参政现状及其影响因素,是社会各界关心、关注的社会问题,提高基层女性干部的参政比例是加快妇女解放进程、实现真正意义上的男女平等的重要措施,是基层女性干部“创造新岗位,创造新业绩,创造新生活”的有效途径。All the society is concerned about the current situation and influencing factors about women cardres'participation in politics at county, township and village level respectivel}'. Enhancing the women ratio in politics is the important measure to accelerate women's liberation and achieve genuine equality of the two sexes. It is also the effective approach for women to create new job opportunities, new achievement and a new life.
