氯丙嗪与维拉帕米合用对心肌缺血再灌注大鼠心脏功能的保护作用

摘　　要：应用大鼠心肌缺血再灌注损伤模型,记录心脏左室压(LVP).左室压变化速率(±dp/dt),左室舒张末期压(LVEDP)和动脉压(BP),来研究氯丙嗪与维拉帕米合用对心肌缺血再灌注大鼠心脏功能的影响。结果:小剂量氯丙嗪与维拉帕米合用可明显改善缺血再灌注大鼠心脏血流动力学、心脏收缩和舒张功能,其作用优于单用同等剂量氯丙嗪或维拉帕米,与两药大剂量单用相似。The influences of chlorpromazine (CPZ) and verapamil (Ver) combination on cardiac fumction of ischemia reperfused myocardium in anesthetized rats were investigated.The indices of the left ven- tricular function such as LVP,LVEDP,dp/dt and the indices of BP were recorded.The results show that a smaller dosage of CPZ and Ver in Combination could obviously improve the change of hemody- namics and myocardial contracticity induced by reperfusion.The effect of the CPZ and Ver combina- tion was better than CPZ and Ver administered separately.
