摘　　要：介绍了物流成本“冰山”学说,分析了石化企业物流成本的构成,并对如何控制企业隐性物流成本提出了建议。Based on the theory of 'Logistic Iceberg' , the components of enterprise's logistic cost are introduced in terms of the visible value and the hidden value. Finally the paper presents the countermeasures to control the logistic cost.
