摘  要:由于目前的国外固体降硫助剂和国内的液体降硫助剂不适于加工高重金属含量原料的催化裂化装置 ,石油化工科学研究院在分子水平上研究催化裂化过程中硫化物转化化学的基础上 ,开发了固体降硫助剂 (LGSA)。该助剂物理性质与催化裂化催化剂相似 ,可以替代等量的催化剂使用。中型试验和工业应用结果表明 ,在加工高重金属含量的原料 (平衡剂上Ni和V含量大于 100 0 0 μg/g)时 ,当助剂含量占系统藏量约 10 %时 ,催化裂化汽油硫含量 (ω)下降约 16 % ,并主要以H2 S形式转移到干气中 ,而且不影响催化裂化产品分布。Since present foreign solid sulfur reduction additive and domestic liquid sulfur reduction additive are not suitable for FCC units processing high heavy metal content feedstock, a solid FCC naphtha sulfur reduction additive named LGSA was developed by Research Institute of Petroleum Processing based on the research of sulfur compound conversion chemistry in FCC process. The physical property of the said additive was similar to FCC catalyst and could be substituted equal amount FCC catalyst. The pilot plant test and commercial trial showed that at an addition rate of LSGA additive in the FCCU inventory about 10% and the nickel plus vanadium content on the equilibrium catalyst more than 10000μg/g, the sulfur content in FCC naphtha was decreased by 16%, which was mainly transferred into the dry gas. Furthermore, almost no influence was observed on FCC product slate.
