摘　　要：随着油藏经营管理协同化理念的不断深入,运用现代计算机技术开发油藏管理软件的过程中,各专业学科、各开发成员之间的协同工作显得尤为重要。本文介绍了开发油藏经营管理软件的目标,开发团队的建立,并提出更合理的开发团队工作模式。With people gradually becoming aware of the idea of synergistic approach in the reservoir management process, the cooperation between subjects and team members becomes more and more important during the process of developing reservoir management software by means of modem computers. It is introduced that what the objective of reservoir management software development is, how to set up developing teams and thus bring forward a more reasonable developing team working pattern.
