摘 要:以糠醛作主溶剂、以轻质烃作第二溶剂进行了润滑油双溶剂精制工艺的研究。该工艺使用的反抽提溶剂廉价易得,回收容易,循环使用过程组成稳定,对产品性质没有影响;装置改造投资少,容易实现。采用该技术处理胜利轻、重脱蜡油,抽余油收率可分别提高6.25和3.35个百分点,同时还可以提高抽出油的芳烃纯度,便于化工利用。The di solvent process for lube oil refining has been researched by taking furfural as the main solvent and light hydrocarbon as the second solvent. The second solvent used in this process has the advantages of cheapness, easy recovering, a stable composition in recycle process and without bad effect on product properties. Di solvent process can be put into practice easily with low investment. Light and heavy dewaxed oils from Shengli crude have been treated with the process and the yield of refined oils has increased by 6.25 and 3.35 percent points respectively. In addition, the aromatic purity in extracted oil has been increased, so it is convenient for chemical utilization.
