摘　　要：介绍了中国石油天然气股份有限公司独山子石化分公司炼油厂芳烃抽提装置扩能改造的情况。改造中采用了环丁砜+助溶剂的抽提蒸馏技术,与传统的液液抽提技术相比,该技术具有流程短、能耗低、投资省的特点;同时对扩能后的三苯分离单元瓶颈进行相应改造。改造后装置于2003年8月9日一次投料成功,重整生成油预处理能力和新建3100号单元处理量均有明显提高,各项指标基本达到设计要求。Capacity expansion revamping of the aromatics extraction unit in the refinery of Dushanzi Petrochemical Company is expounded. Sulfolane + auxiliary solvent extraction distillation technology has been adopted in the revamping. Compared with the traditional liquid liquid extraction, the technology is characterized by short process flow, low energy consumption and less investment. Meanwhile, the bottlenecks of the expanded separation units of benzene, toluene and xylene mixture have been revamped. After revamping, the unit was successfully commissioned on August 9, 2003. Capacities of reformed oil pre treatment and the newly built 3100# unit have been evidently enhanced, and various targets have met the design requirement.
