摘　　要：介绍了从实践中总结出的硫回收装置的安全操作经验,包括对爆炸、硫火、设备腐蚀、催化剂失活、液硫输送不畅或凝固堵塞设备、装置压力降增加等的预防方法,还介绍了处于H2S气体存在场所的个人防护和装置火灾的扑救措施。Experience accumulated through practical safe operation of sulfur recovery unit are expounded, including the methods for preventing explosion, sulfur fire, equipment corrosion, catalyst deactivation, equipment plugged by impeded liquid sulfur transportation or liquid sulfur solidification, and the pressure drop increment. Personal protection and fire fighting measures in the presence of H 2S are discussed as well.
