摘  要:气化联合循环发电(IGCC)的核心技术是德士古第二代以固体燃料为进料的气化技术。该技术的突出特点是进料灵活,并具有环保优势,适于处理高含硫的进料。随着我国经济的快速发展,大量加工进口含硫原油是一种必然趋势。对于新建加工进口含硫原油的炼油厂,采用焦化方案加工及配套IGCC技术处理产生的高硫焦,不仅可以节约一定的投资,而且其成本低,将是一个值得选择的重油加工工艺。The key for the Integrated Gasification Combined Cycle(IGCC)is the second-generation gasification technology,in which the solid fuel is taken as the feedstock. The major advantages of IGCC technology include flexible feedstock,excellent environmental protection and applicable process for high-sulfur raw material. Since the rapid economic development in China,it is necessary to process more imported sulfur-contained crude oil. For the newly established refineries that deal with imported sulfur-contained crude oil,the application of delayed coking scheme combined with IGCC technology to treat the produced high-sulfur coke can save the investment and reduce the production cost.
