摘 要:大庆长垣东部火山岩地层经多年钻探揭示 ,火山岩储层岩性与孔隙结构比较特殊 ,在钻井和后期作业过程中容易受到污染 ,造成伤害 ,导致产能较低。因此 ,1998年大庆油田决定应用欠平衡钻井技术来评价火山岩储层产能潜力 ,突破该区产能关 ,实现产能升级。合理设计了欠平衡钻井的井身结构、钻具组合、钻井参数 ,认真研究了气体上窜速度预测技术、气侵后环空钻井液密度及压力分布规律、井底压力控制技术等 ,形成了一套适合火山岩地质特点的欠平衡钻井技术。经现场 8口井的应用 ,取得了较好的效果。It has been proven that the volcanic formation in eastern Changyuan of Daqing has special lithology and pore characteristics, and can be easily contaminated during drilling and later stimulations, thus causing formation damage and leading to low production capacity. In 1998, Under Balanced Drilling (UBD) technology was used in this area to evaluate the production potential in the volcanic formation of Yingcheng formation, aimed at improving production capacity and realizing a breakthrough in such formations. Detailed research methods was illustrated and a set of UBD technologies suitable for the volcanic formation were formed, which consist of designing of reasonable casing program, proper BHA and drilling parameters, predicting of gas migration, annular mud weight and pressure distribution, as well as downhole pressure controlling, etc. Field UBD operations and the results were also presented.
