摘  要:中原油田套管损坏井约占生产井总数的 2 0 % ,且套损井段分布距离长 ,跨度大 ,从井深 4 0 0m至生产井段均有套损现象发生 ,严重地影响着增产增注措施的实施和注采井网的完善。常规的套管补帖和取换套技术不能解决套管长距离破漏穿孔的难题 ,为此 ,决定采用下小套管二次固井完井工艺 ,在已损坏或管壁变薄的 139.7mm油层套管内全井下 10 1.6mm套管或局部悬挂套管二次固井完井 ,配套开发了高温延迟水泥浆、系列 10 1.6mm套管 ,采用了延迟固井工艺及小套管内射孔、注采、修井等技术 ,对修复套损井、细分层系、改善吸水剖面、完善注采井网、实施增产增注、恢复储量、提高经济效益有重要意义。In Zhongyuan oilfield, casing damaged wells account for 20% of the total production wells, with casing damage happens in a long interval span from 400 m to pay zone, and this severely impacts the conduction of stimulations and improving of production/injection well pattern. As the conventional casing patching and replacing technology is insufficient enough for the long damaged interval, secondary cementing technology using small size casing is then presented, i.e., run 101.6mm casing in the damaged or thinned 139.7mm casing thoroughly or hang casing at certain locations. To assist the secondary cementing, high pressure time delay cement slurry, series 101.6mm casing were developed, time-delay cementing, small casing perforation, injection production and workover technologies were applied.
