摘 要:义东油田大81-4块为复杂小断块油藏,油层厚,隔层薄,油水关系复杂。为了解决局部注采不完善、储量控制程度低、水井欠注及沙四段油井停产较多等问题,结合该块高精度三维地震资料,在剩余油富集区钻探了补充完善井,提高了储量动用程度;有针对性地转注部分油井,提高了注采对应率;通过对油水井堵塞机理的研究,优选了酸液配方,优化了酸化工艺,水井增注、油井解堵见到明显效果。优选部分油井放大生产压差提液,提高了油井的产能。实施一系列综合调整措施后,该块三年累积增产原油7×104t,标定采收率提高了近3%。<abstract>81 - 4 block of Yidong oilfield is complex minor fault block reservoirs with thick oil layers, thin restraining barriers and complex oil-water relationship. Many problems must be solved such as partial non-perfect injection-production, low degree of reserve control, under - injection in water wells and too many shutdown wells in Es4. Based on 3 -D seismic data with high precision of this block, some additional wells were drilled in the area with abundant remaining oil, and then the producing degree of reserves was increased. Converting some oil wells to injection wells pertinently enhanced ratio of injection-production correspondence. Through the research on plugging mechanism of oil -and -water well, the acidizing fluid formula and acidization technology were optimized. The effect of augmented injection capacity in water wells and broken down in oil wells is obvious. Raising liquid production after the production pressure differential was magnified in optimized partial oil wells, the productivity was improved. After a series of integrated adjusting measures were carried out, cumulative incremental oil production was 7.0×104t in three years, and the calibrated recovery efficiency was improved 3% .
