摘 要:用引发聚合方法合成了AMPS/AM/AMC14S三元共聚物.对AMPS/AM和S用量、反应时间、单体纯度和浓度以及除氧等合成条件进行了综合研究.研究结果表明,在反应温度为35~40℃、单体总浓度为10%~15%、引发剂浓度为0.01%~0.02%、pH值为中性、反应8h以上时,可得到特性粘数为10~17dl/g的三元共聚物,转化率可达97%.使用中试产品在中原油田卫18-4井组开展了先导性矿场试验.注聚后井组保持了较高的注入压力及阻力系数,表明在中原油田油藏条件下AMPS三元共聚物具有较好的降水增油性能.<abstract>PS/AM/AMC14S ternary copolymer is synthesized by initiating polymerization. The synthesis conditions including AMPS/AM and S volume, reaction time, monomer purity, monomer concentration as well as deaeration and so on were comprehensively studied. The result shows that the ternary copolymer with 10 ~ 17dl/ g characteristic viscosity and 97% conversion rate can be achieved when reaction time takes more than 8h under 35 ~ 40℃, 10% -15% of total monomer concentration, 0.01% ~0. 02% of initiation agent concentration and 7 of pH value. The copolymer is trial -manufactured in medium scale and is used in the pilot field test of Wei18 -4 well group in Zhongyuan Oilfield. After injecting copolymer, the injection well maintainshigher injection pressure and resistance coefficient, which showed that AMPS ternary copolymer has a better property of increasing oil and decreasing water in the oil reservoirs of Zhangyuan oilfield.
