摘 要:针对老油田由于套管变形或套管补贴等原因造成油井缩径而无法进行正常分层采油的现状,开展了缩径井分层采油工艺的研究。设计了整体式和丢手式缩径井分层采油管柱,研制了Y341型和Y441型缩径井封隔器、液压倒扣丢手工具、缩径井分流开关等井下工具,配套形成了可实现对缩径段以下封闭层有效封堵的缩径井分层采油工艺管柱。该工艺管柱采用液压坐封、上提解封的工作方法,具有刚体外径小,坐封、密封性能可靠,承压能力高等工艺特点,现场应用证明具有很好的推广价值。<abstract>ming at the difficulty of normal separate zone production of oil - well - diameter reducing (undergauge) caused by casing deformation or casing patch, technology of separate zone production specialized for the reducing well is researched. Integrated and back-off tubing string for the separate zone production in the reducing well is designed. Y341 and Y441 packer, hydraulically operated releasing tools, diverting switch and other matching bottom tools are developed. The tubing string is formed with highly reliable sealing ability on the confining zones below the diameter-reducing section. This tubing string is used to realize hydraulic setting and pull -to -release, which has the properties of small external diameter of the rigid body, reliable setting and sealing performance, high pressure bearing ability. Success of this technology in field indicates that the technology is worth applying widely.
