摘 要:为解决常规机械堵水管柱上有卡瓦易造成大修事故的难题,开发了无卡瓦支撑机械堵水工艺管柱。该管柱主要由Y341-114封隔器、液压丢手和油管扶正器等组成,具有安全可靠,起下方便的特点。截至2003年底,该技术已应用于濮城油田的105口井,累积增产原油2.55×104t,累积降低产水量12.4×104m3,投入产出比为1:3.8。实践表明,该技术既能有效地节约油田中后期开发成本,又能获得良好的降水增油效果,可为高含水油田实施控水稳油战略提供有力的技术支持。<abstract> conventional mechanical water plugging technology, the slip above the work string easily causes the acci-dent of major repair. So the work string without slip support for mechanical water plugging is developed. It consisted of Y341 - 114 packer, hydraulic backoff, tubing centralizer and some other tools. It was safe, reliable and convenient in the trip operation. By the end of 2003, the technology has been applied in 105 wells in Pucheng oilfield, with cumulative incremental oil of 2.55×104t , cumulative decremental water of 12.4×104m3 and input-output ratio of 1: 3. 8. Field test shows that it can not only reduce the oilfield development cost in middle or late period, but also decrease water production while increase oil production. The technology may strongly support the implementation of strategy for controlling water cut to stabilize oil production in high-water-cut oilfield.
