摘　　要：国标长仿宋矢量汉字,代(符)号字模库VHZLIB是根据GB/T13362.4-92、GB/T13362.5-92两项国家标准的要求设计的.本文从软件研制的角度阐述了字模库设计中关于字模和字模库的数据表示形式的确定及库结构的选择.字模库VHZLIB已通过国家技术监督局监定,目前正在全国宣传贯彻.The Character model library VHZLIB for the national standard long imitation Song-Dynasty-style typeface vector Chinese characters & codes (symbols) is designed according to the requirements of the national standards GB/T 13362. 4-92 and GB/T 13362. 5-92. At the angle of software development, this paper describes the determination of data representation and the selection of Library structure for the character model and the character model Library. The VHZLIB has been appraised and is pubicized now by the State Technical Supervision Bureau.
