摘　　要：介绍了我国实施化肥生产许可证制度的背景原因 ,同时总结了化肥生产许可证实施后的显著效果 ,它不仅促进了农业和国民经济发展 ,而且在提高粮食自给率 ,维护国家安全方面有重要意义。An introduction is given to the background reasons for the domestic implementation of the permit system for chemical fertilizer production,and the notable results are summarized after its enforcement. It not only promotes the development of agriculture and national economy but also has significance in improving the degree of self-sufficiency in grain and the vindication of national security.
