摘　　要：概述了我国化肥工业的现状以及 18年来国家化肥质量监督检验中心 (上海 )对化肥产品抽查的质量状况 ,同时分析了我国加入WTO后化肥行业所面临的形势和挑战 ,并给出了相应的建议和对策。A summary is given of the present status of the domestic fertilizer industry and the quality of chemical fertilizers selectively examined by the National Chemical Fertilizer Supervision and Testing Center (Shanghai) in 18 years;also,an analysis is made of the situation and challenge facing the chemical fertilizer industry after China joins the WTO,and appropriate suggestions and counter-measures are offered.
