摘  要:目的 应用常规超声结合冠脉血流显像技术观察分析冠状动脉搭桥术前后内乳动脉桥及远段左前降支血流动力学改变。方法 行冠状动脉搭桥术患者 46例 ,于手术前后超声检查左内乳动脉 ,其中 3 8例患者检查左前降支远段。结果 术后内乳动脉桥起始段显示率 95 .65 % ,由术前收缩期优势型转变为术后舒张期优势型频谱。左前降支远段血流信号表现为流速及流速时间积分增加。结论 常规超声结合冠脉血流显像技术可为冠状动脉搭桥术后随访提供一种无创的方法。ObjectiveTo observe and analyze the hemodynamic changes of the left mammary arteries (LIMA) and the distal of left anterior descending arteries (LAD) before and after coronary artery bypass graft (CABG). MethodsAll 46 patients with LIMA orthopic bypass graft were detected by routine ultrasound combined with color Doppler coronary flow imaging(CDCFI). All the 46 LIMA and 38 distal LAD were evaluated before and after the operation. Systolic peak velocity, diastolic peak velocity, systolic velocity time integral, diastolic velocity time integral for each segment were measured respectively. ResultsThe percentage of visualization of the proximal segment of LIMA after CABG was 95.65%, and the hemodynamic pattern changed from systolic dominant before the operation to diastolic dominant after the operation. The diastolic peak velocity and diastolic velocity time integral increased in the distal segment of LAD. ConclusionRoutine ultrasound combined with CDCFI provides a non invasive method for the clinical follow up after CABG.
