砂带平面磨削主要参数和残留量的试验研究

摘　　要：本文对接触板式砂带平面磨削主要机理参数和残留量进行了大量的试验研究,得出了接触板式砂带平面磨削时切屑变形分力比C、单位磨削力K_0、摩擦系数μ接触弧长L_c以及磨削残留量△y的特点.This paper reports many experimental investigations for main mechanism factors and residual stock removal in the contact-plate surface belt grinding. Some characteristics concerning the chip formation component force ratio c,specific cutting force ko,the coefficient of friction μ,the contact length L_o and the residual stock removal △y have been obtained.
