摘　　要：本文简要介绍了北京通信网管网的现状,对北京通信网管的发展进行了分析,描述了北京通信网管的发展目标和发展方向,特别是网管系统功能的发展和转变。网管将从面向设备的管理转变为面向支撑市场业务的管理。The thesis gives a brief introduction to the statusquo of Beijing communication network administration as wellas analysis of development of Beijing communication networkadministration. It describes the evolution goal and developingorientation of Beijing communication network administration,especially the development and conversion of the function ofnetwork administration system. The network administrationwill turn from device-oriented one to market business supportoriented one.
