牛开胸术的研究

摘　　要：对11头健康蒙古牛,用新手术方法施行开胸术。牛站立保定,采取以静松灵为主的配合麻醉。利用一般手术器械,切开第6肋间和第7肋骨与肋软骨结合处的腹外斜肌,横断该肋骨与肋软骨结合处,即可打开胸腔,並能从切口下部伸入手臂,探查心、肺、纵隔和横隔。术后未见异常,手术切口均为一期愈合。The thoracotomy was carry out on eleven health Mongolia cattle by a new surgical method.The cattle were restrainted by standing. The combined anesthesia giving priority to Jingshongling was adopted.The thor- ax was opened after the sixth intercost, the muscle obliguus abdominis externus on the coalesce of the seventh rib and costicartilage, and the coalesce of the rib and the costicartilage were incised with general instruments. The hand and forearm were able to into the thorax through underneath of incision to explose the heart, lung, mediastinum and diaphragm. The cattle were normal after the operations, the operating incisions healed by first intention of operation wound.
