摘 要:用电沉积法制备Mo-W-Ni-Pb-Ca多元活性阴极,研究了在0.5mol/L H_2SO_4中的析氢反应.结果表明,多元阴极具有较高的电催化活性,其析氢过电位比普通软钢阴极降低305mV,i_0提高三个数量级,且有较好的稳定性.并用光电子能谱研究了表面组成和结构.证实表面有:Ni, NiO, MoO_2, MoO^(2-)_4, WO_3, PbO_2, PbO, Ca++等物质.The Ni—Mo—W—Pb composite electrodes were obtained by electrode-posited. The hydrogen evolution reaction on these electrodes was performed in 0.5mol/L H_2SO_4 medium. These results showed higher electrocatalytic activity of the electrodes for hydrogen evolution reaction. The hydrogen overvoltage decreased 305mV and the exchange current density increased three orders of magnitudes comparing with steel electrode. Electrolytic experiments by high current density (300mA/cm^2) showed that these electrodes had steady catalytic activity of hydrogen evolution reaction. ESCA analysis showed that the components of electrodes surface were : Ni, NiO, MoO_2, WO_3, PbO, PbO_2 ,Ca,etc.
