开平碉楼:从迎龙楼到瑞石楼——中国广东开平碉楼再考

摘　　要：从平面、功能、样式、材料、建造五个方面考察从迎龙楼到瑞石楼的变化,探讨开平碉楼所体现出的有关民居传统延续、防灾御贼与财富炫耀、简朴与奢华的民风变化、近代化进程的内涵等问题,提出以积极的态度对待历史文化遗产、对开平碉楼进行科学的保护再利用。In aspects of building plan, function, pattern, material andconstruction, this paper offers analysis of watchtower-like dwelling ofKaiping County in different historical stage; and brings forward somerelevant issues about the continuation of tradition of folk house, preven-tion of disasters and defense against robber, showing off owner's wealth,the change of folkways from simplicity to luxury, and the connotationexisted in the course of modernization. It advocates adopting positiveattitude towards historic cultural heritage and making scientific preser-vation and reutilization of the watchtower-like dwelling in Kaiping County.
