高效液相色谱法测定五指毛桃中补骨脂素的含量

摘　　要：目的 :测定五指毛桃中补骨脂素含量。方法 :采用高效液相色谱法 ,色谱柱 :DiamonsiltmC18柱 ,波长2 4 5nm ,流动相 :甲醇 水 (6 0∶4 0 ) ,流速 1ml/min。结果 :五指毛桃根中补骨脂素在 0 35 6～ 2 84 8mg/ml,线性关系良好 (r =0 9999) ,平均回收率为 10 3 99% ,RSD =3 0 7% (n =5 ) ,方法重现性好 (RSD =1 5 9% ,n =8)。结论 :以高效液相色谱法测定五指毛桃中补骨脂素的含量 ,操作简便 。Objective:To investigate the contents of psoralen in Ficus hitra.Methods:High Performance Liquid Chromatography was performed on Diamonsil^(tm)C_(18).The chromatographic conditions were as follows:methanol-water (60∶40) as mobile phase,flow rate being 1ml/min and detecting wavelength at 245nm.Results:A good linearity of psoralen was shown in range of 0.356～2.848mg/ml (r=0.9999),the average recovery is 103.99%,RSD=3.07%(n=5).The method has good reproducibility,RSD=1.59%.Conclusion:This method can supply evidence for the quality evaluation of Ficus hitra.
