摘　　要：目的　探讨尿路结石的有效手术方法。方法　回顾性分析 96 6例 10 4 0侧尿路结石行输尿管镜下气压弹道碎石术 (U RSL)的临床资料。结果　 10 4 0侧尿路结石中 ,971侧治疗成功 ,成功率 93.4 % ,并发症发生率为 8%。肾 ,输尿管上段、中段、下段 ,膀胱 ,尿道结石的治疗成功率分别为 90 .7%、 6 8%、 90 %、 10 0 %、 10 0 %、 10 0 %。结论　 URSL 是治疗尿路结石的安全、有效方法 ,对输尿管中段以下结石 ,U RSL 可作为首选方法。Objective To discuss the effective operation to treat urinary stones.MethodsRetrospectively analyzing 966 cases with 1040 sides urinary stones in treatment by ureteroscopic pneumatic lithothrypty(URSL).ResultsAmong 1040 sides urinary stones,971 sides urinary stones are cured successfully,the achievement rate is 93.4%,the complication incidence rate only appears 8%.The treatment of achievement rate about the renal calculi,the upper part ureter of calculi,the middle part ureter of calculi,the lower part ureter of calculi,the bladder calculi and the urethral calculi is 90.7%,68%,90%,100%,100% and 100%.ConclusionsURSL can be a first chosen method in treatment of urinary stones.In a word,URSL can be afirst chosen method to treat the urinary stones which locates under the middle part ureter.
