摘 要:目的 探讨用尿沉渣分析仪对尿中红细胞 (RBC)、白细胞 (WBC)等进行测定的临床应用价值。方法 分别用尿 10项分析仪、常规手工镜检、尿沉渣分析仪对 5 0 0份尿液标本进行检测 ,并对尿液中 RBC和 WBC的检测结果进行分析比较。结果 患者的红细胞检出率分别为 32 .0 %、2 4 .6 %、2 5 .0 % ,白细胞的检出率分别为 2 5 .2 %、32 .6 %、 34.0 %。以手工镜检结果为标准 ,干化学试纸法测的 RBC假阳性为 9.8% ,WBC假阴性为 2 2 .7%。结论 尿沉渣分析仪与常规沉渣镜检比较没有显著性差异 ,联合应用尿 10项分析仪可提高结果的准确性 ,有较高的临床应用价值。Objective To investigate the utility of sediment analysis apparatus which is used to examine the erythrocyte,leukocyte and the other visible components in urine samples.Methods Five hundreds urine specimens were examined by the dry chemical automated analysis,the routine manual microscopic analysis and sediment analysis respectively.The result was analyzed and compared by χ 2 test statistically.Result The positive rate of erythrocyte and leukocyte which were detected by the three methods were 32.0%,24.6%,25.0% and 25.2%,32.6%,34.0%.With the method of the dry chemical automated analysis using manual microscopic analysis as control,there was false positive lied in the RBC,the rate was 9.8%.At the same time,the false negative of WBC was shown up to 22.7%.Conclusion There is no significant difference statistically in the rate of leukocyte and erythrocyte examined by the sediment and routine manual microscopic analysis.Together with the dry chemistry approach,the sediment way would be improved accurately and clinically diagnosis.
