摘  要:目的 研究人类颈7神经根干股交界处束支定位的特点,为临床颈7神经根选择性移位治疗臂丛神经损伤提供进一步依据。方法 选择30侧成人臂丛标本,分离颈7神经根内各主要束支,并于干股交界处截面按象限进行各束支定位,了解各股各束支加入到上肢各终支情况。结果 人类颈7神经根前股主要加入肌皮神经与正中神经,分别占一定比例,但于干股交界处各束支的象限定位不明确;后股主要加入腋神经、桡神经、胸背神经,其束支于干股交界处定位与比例明确。结论 同侧颈7神经根移位时建议保留前股;采用颈7后股移位时,建议采用后股外侧部分,以保留位于后股内侧的胸背神经束支。Objective To study the orientations of the fascicles in the trunk division section on the human 7th cervical nerve root and provide the human micro-anatomical data for the clinical selective (27 transfer in the treatment of brachial plexus injury. Methods Thirty brachial plexus fresh specimens (1 h after death) were anatomized, the orientations of each fascicle in the trunk-division section of C7 were divided. Results In the trunk-division section, there were certain fascicles joining to Me and Median nerve from anterior division, but their orientation was not clear, whereas from posterior division, for the fascicles joining to Axillary, dorsal, and radial nerve, both the ratio and orientation were clear. Conclusion In the episolateral C7 transfer procedure, it is a suggestion to preserve anterior division;The lateral part of posterior division can be a good donor in the episolateral C7 transfer procedure.
