摘　　要：目的观察左旋咪唑擦剂治疗儿童HBsAg携带者的疗效。方法应用左旋咪唑搽剂治疗儿童HBsAg携带者,并设立对照组60例。结果治疗3个月后,治疗组与对照组相比,HBV-DNA阴转率(35%比11.7%)差异有显著性。治疗6个月后,治疗组与对照组相比,HBV-DNA、HBeAg阴转率明显优于患者母亲HbeAg阳性组。结论左旋咪唑搽剂用于治疗儿童HBsAg携带者有效,安全可靠。objective To study the effects of levamisole liniment on HBsAg carriers children. Methods 60 case of HBsAg carriers children Were treated with levamisole liniment(L.L)and 60 cases were treated without L.L in the control group. Results After 3-month treatment,The rate of negative of HBV-DNA in the treated and control group was 32.5% vs 10.3%(P<0.05=.After 6-month treatment, The rate of negative of HBV-DNA and HBeAg in the treated and control group was 48.5% Vs 13.2%(P<0.05=,46.2% vs 14.2%(P<0.05=. In the treated group,the treatrment was more effective in those mothers were negative for HbsAg. Conclusion we conclude that cutaneous application of levamisole was effective and safe in the treatment of HbsAg carrier children.
