中药乾坤宁治疗艾滋病疗效分析

摘　　要：目的 :探索中药治疗艾滋病的作用。方法 :随机选择在 1992年～ 1999年间经 WB确认的 6 0例感染者 ,进行治疗前后的自身对照 ,每天服 3次乾坤宁 ,每次 6片 ,每 3个月采集外周血查病毒载量和 CD4 细胞数。同时选择同期感染又不愿做治疗的 10例感染者进行追踪观察。结果 :治疗组病死率为 13.3% ,未接受治疗者病死率为 80 %。治疗组中 5例死亡 ,2 4例不明原因退出治疗 ,对一直坚持治疗的 31例进行分析 ,结果显示病毒载量有下降趋势 ,CD4 有增高趋势。结论 :乾坤宁在增强机体免疫功能和抑制病毒方面有一定作用 。Objectives:To explore whether Chinese herbal medicine QianKunning can play a role in the treatment of HIV/AIDS.Methods:Sixty HIV positive individuals,confirmed by WB tests and infected from 1992 to 1999,were enrolled successively at random in a study since l997.They were contrasted with themselves,based on the measurements of plasma virus load and CD 4 and CD 8 cell counts before medication. They were instructed to take 6 pills after three meals daily and continuously took medicines. Every three months a blood collecting each would be performed for the viral load and lymphocyte measurements. At the same time, we have elected 10 HIV positive individuals to follow up, who are infected at one time and are unwilling to receive the therapy.Results:Fatality rate of HIV positive individuals who received the therapy was 14.29 percent, while those who did not receive the therapy was 80 percent. During the course of observation, five cases died and twenty four withdrew from the study before twelve months. The data of 31 cases whose continuous medication time amounted to 24 months were analyzed by randomized block design variance analysis and rank sum test. The resu1ts showed that viral load of HIV positive individuals decreased dramatical1y(LNHIV,P<0.05), CD 4 and CD 8 lymphocyte increased dramatical1y (CD 4:P<0.01).Conclusion:Qiankunning, the Chinese medicine, has significant inhibition effect on the viral load of HIV positive individuals, whi1e the effect enhancing immune functions is indistinctive.It is worthy to study farther.
