摘　　要：本文阐述了某军队医院采用管理创新来实现医院科学发展的医院管理理论框架及新的医院管理模式,即知识资本及资产运行-社会效率-运营业绩模式的内涵,提出了应用医院知本结构效率指数、医院资产结构效率指数、医院社会效率指数及医院运营业绩指数来分析医院结构效率。在此创新管理战略下,该院医疗毛收入由2000年的3 800万元增长到2003年的2.48亿元,医疗设备总值由2000年的0.5亿元增长到2003年的2.23亿元,2003年医院被总部评为“全军为部队服务先进单位”、“医院信息化建设先进单位”。This article explain the hospital management theory frame and new hospital management mode of certain military hospital. Its intension is knowledge capital and capital operation- social efficiency running achievement mode. Proposed the analyzing method of structure efficiency of hospital by using hospital knowledge capital structure efficiency index, hospital assets structure efficiency index, hospital social efficiency index and hospital running achievement index. Under this strategy of management innovation, the medical gross income of this hospital rises to 248 million Yuan in 2003 from 38 million Yuan in 2000, medical equipment total value rises to 223 million Yuan in 2003 from 50 million Yuan in 2000. The hospital is chosen as 'advanced unit of serving the army' and'information construction advanced unit' by the general headquarters in 2003.
