摘　　要：深化以战区为基础的卫生联勤保障后,军兵种部队不再保留医疗保障实体,必须相应改革特勤人员医疗保障模式。一方面,要使军兵种部队感到联勤改革带来的便利,另一方面,也要通过深化改革,提高医疗卫生系统联勤保障的综合效益。划区医疗、就近就便的保障是确保改革成功的关键。通过描述新形势下陆军系统如何组建特勤科室,以及在组建特勤科室过程中如何把握好几个关键点,作者深入浅出地表明了建设思想、工作思路和目标任务,具有很强的可操作性、可借鉴性。With the deepening of joint services based on war region, the corps will no longer keep the health support organization, and their health support model will be changed correspondingly. On one hand, make the corps benefit from the facility that the joint services reform brings; on the other hand, raise joint services benefit of health care system through deepen reform. Treat regionally and expediently is the guarantee key that reform succeeds. Through describing how special sections organized under the new situation, and how to hold several keys in the course of organizing special section, the author has indicated the thought, goal and task. The principle is maneuverable and reference.
